Between June 17 and June 18, Ultimate Porra stopped treating the public game as something easy to create and delete and started adding real guardrails: locked joins, deletion confirmation, restore flows, explicit recovery and one visible score source.

Between June 16 and June 17, Ultimate Porra stopped treating a game as a side detail hanging off voting and started building it as a full product object: create it, join it, copy votes into it, favorite it and manage it from separate but coherent surfaces.

Between June 15 and June 16, Ultimate Porra made a surface-level shift: it stopped treating the product as a sequence of isolated screens and started building a live home view, provisional scoring and statistics that explain what is happening while the match is still being played.

Between June 14 and June 15 there were no new commits in Nima Project, but there was an important local and conversational iteration: Ultimate Porra stopped treating bonus fields as an implicit side note to a vote and started turning them into a visible, editable and explainable part of scoring.

Between June 13 and June 14 Ultimate Porra made something visible that had been half-hidden in code: voting is not only about choosing a scoreline. It also means knowing when a match still matters, how many points it can yield, how a bonus is resolved and which rules belong to the active competition.

Between June 12 and June 13 Ultimate Porra made one idea much sharper: a public app and an operations backoffice are not two screens inside the same frontend. Once they manage permissions, official data and product-wide actions, they need their own boundary, domain and contracts.

Between June 11 and June 12 World Cup Porra made an important rule visible: official favorites, FIFA schedules and match details are not decorative content. The moment they block votes, trigger loaders and recalculate bonuses, they become product logic.
